We want you to love your TRENDVOICE purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.
Returns Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Returned items must include the original packaging and a completed return form.
- Custom-made items (such as embroidered, tailored, or personalized items) are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Swimwear and Intimate apparel and Jewelry & Accessories

Final Sale/Discounted Items: All items purchased during promotional periods or with significant discounts are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Any item without its original tags or packaging
How to Return an Item

Contact our customer service team at trendvoic@outlook.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions.

Package the item securely including the completed return form.

Ship the package to our returns center at:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Sale items are eligible for store credit only.

Return Shipping Fees:

If the return is initiated by the consumer (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size or dislike of the color), you are responsible for the return shipping cost. The specific fee will be determined by the express company you choose.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged ), you are not required to bear the shipping fee. We will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for different sizes of the same item, subject to availability. Please contact us to check stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at trendvoic@outlook.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
